Available courses

This course is designed for individuals who are on the front lines of providing support to PALM scheme workers. Participants will gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills to address the mental health and wellbeing challenges that PALM scheme workers may face as they adapt to new work environments in Australia.

Cost (AUD $): 250.00

This foundational course supports PALM scheme Country Liaison Officers to build core understanding of mental health and wellbeing in the PALM context. It focuses on recognising early signs of distress, providing appropriate initial support, and working in culturally informed ways relevant to Pacific and Timor-Leste communities. The course also acknowledges the demands of liaison roles and includes practical strategies to support participants’ own wellbeing at work.
